If you haven't tuned in to Lynne Rossetto Kasper's Sunday program (locally on KUER FM90 at 1:00), The Splendid Table, you must put it on your need to listen to list. She is an amazing radio personality with remarkable food knowledge. My favorite part of her program is her opening segment with Jame and Michael Stern.
They write a monthly column "Two For The Road" for Gourmet magazine and trek all around the country finding hidden food treasures. They have even highlighted two of Utah's own, Hire's Big H (Salt Lake) and Mom's (Salina). If you are on a road trip you may want to see if they're found any eateries where you are headed.
