Yum Cha

I usually go to Yum Cha/Dim Sum with my parents on Sunday but yesterday I went with my girlfriends. I felt a bit of pressue since I was the only one that speaks Chinese but I got us through! Whew! Any-who, for those of you who have never had Dim Sum, it's kind of like appetizers and tapas for breakfast. Dim Sum, literally means "touch of the heat or to touch the heart." Ladies come to your table with carts filled with little plates of meat, vegetables, seafood, and dessert. You don't have to know the dishes names, just ask them to lift the lids and you can peek to see what you like. I think the best place in town is The New Golden Dragon (1518 South Main).
