What To Bookmark?

Since it takes me a month or so to post about my current books I'm reading for book club, I'd thought I'd start another version of "What To Read" called "What To Bookmark." These are websites that I find interesting and usually end up on my personal "What To Read Every Day" bookmark list. My first pick of "What To Bookmark" is Tina Brown's, The Daily Beast. The tag line says it all, "Read This Skip That." This is exactly what Ms. Brown has done. She and her staff have compiled stories from every possible spectrum, from entertainment to politics, fashion to economics, and everything in between.

But be warned, it's a no holds barred site. Here is how Ms. Brown describes The Daily Beast:
"It's a speedy, smart edit of the web from the merciless point of view of what interests the editors. The Daily Beast is the omnivorous friend who hears about the best stuff and forwards it to you with a twist. It allows you to lead the conversation, rather than simply follow it."

Another reason to read it, well it's from Ms. Brown. The New Yorker, Vanity Fair, need I say more?

I love her books too. She is a very interesting woman. She also was on a Social Media keynote a few weeks ago talking about how they have promoted the Daily Beast.
