Grosgrain

I'm not entirely sure I can fit into this dress but I think I'm going to try to win it anyway. It's too amazing to pass up.

Perfect Skirt

I'm on the hunt for skirts. I love wearing skirts and dresses more than pants and when Summer comes around I start hunting for the perfect skirt. I think this one is pretty close to being perfect. If you see any others please send them my way!

Swimsuits

If you're like me the thought of a swimsuit makes me shutter. But I think this style might hide the flaws. Here is a low and high end of the same/similar suit.

Goddess Dress

Doesn't this look like a goddess dress? It looks super comfortable as well. I'm loving the back and flower detail on the shoulder.

Lovely Tops

I'm really into chiffon and ruffles lately. Love the softness, the movement, the feminine quality. I can go on and on but I'd rather share...

NOTE: Top from Old Navy, Tank from JCrew

Can't Get This Jacket Out of My Mind

I stumbled across this DIY jacket on Orange Beautiful back in November and I can't seem to get it out of my mind. It's such an amazing jacket that I'm on the hunt for a boxy cardigan or jacket so I can make it.

I prefer Kristen's version over the inspired jacket from JCrew. What do you think?

Happy St. Patrick's Day

Hope you're wearing your green today. Here is what I'm wearing. No chance of being pinched. I just love Down East Basics.

Note: I got the last one at the Foothill location and they are sold out online : (

Flower Power

It MUST be Spring because flowers are everywhere. Following are some great items to incorporate into your wardrobe.

M&S Schmalberg

This New York company makes the most amazing flowers out of their fabrics or yours! If you're in New York, stop by for their factory tour.

How great would this be for your next Spring party, wedding, anything?!

Pull your hair back with this little number.

Lucky Charms

St. Patrick's Day makes me happy. It's the holiday that reminds you that Spring is right around the corner. Here are few St. Patty's inspired items.

These will liven up your St. Patrick's Day get together.

I love corned beef and think it's great as a left-over, as in corned beef hash. Here is a recipe from one of my favorite sources. But if you won't want to make your own corned beef hash, visit our local Blue Plate (2041 South 2100 East). They make their own corned beef and was featured on the Food Network's, Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives.

I think I'll make this to bring to my in-laws St. Patrick's Day dinner. It's one of my favorite desserts to make and to eat. I know it's not green but yellow is close enough, right?
Note: The image above is not Ina's key lime pie. I couldn't find a picture of it : ( It's a picture of Martha's Lime-Pistachio Tart.

Did I mention that I love to wear dresses? Oh, I also love pokadots as well! I think this is on my list to purchase next.

Easy Peasy Dressing

A dress is the perfect outfit. You can dress it up or down with just the right accesories. Check out this great dress from Boden and paired with this purse. Coffee with girlfriends, movie night, backyard BBQs, birthday parties. Great for a lot of occasions.
