I'm a complete reality TV and TV competition junkie. For those of you who watched "So You Think You Can Dance," you may know what I'm about to share. One of the books I read for my book club last month was The Giver. I think I mentioned that my niece said that I should read two other books by Lois Lowry, Gathering Blue and Messenger. I forgot to share what we did the morning of Day 2. T and B and I went for a bike ride through some villages. It was really interesting and eye opening to see how these villagers live. You start to appreciate what you have and the conveniences we all have in the States. We stumbled upon a Wet Market on our ride. This is basically an open-air market that sells everything from produce to meat.

It's that time of Summer again, the Utah Arts Festival starts today and runs through Sunday at Library Square. It's one of our Summer family traditions. W and J have a great time in the kids area and of course they love all the great food. I'm always on the hunt for that special something. I'm hoping to find J a night light from an artist that makes them out of metal and uses a car-like paint
